Best explanation and instructions EVER.
Wahid used simple English and not technical jargon. I am 62 and have repeatedly been frustrated by long wait times for responses and responses that I did not understand. Wahid responded quickly and used understandable explanations and instructions.

I am an Apple user (Mac, iPhone, iPad, etc.), and I have been using 1Password since they began (and before Apple and browsers offered password assistance). They introduced a subscription model a few years back but recently made it mandatory with 1Password 8 (like the other password managers).
