Too-tier product and customer service
Both representatives promptly responded to messages, they had a solution for my request, and every message was kind and caring. The reps also kept security in mind, verifying my account email address along the way. Aside from the product, the customer service is another reason to stick with 1Password. It’s been spot on for more than a decade!

Fast and efficient support
I got a follow-up email to my online help request within minutes! And Ash followed up with a detailed explanation of the situation within an hour or two. Much faster than I'd hoped.

Desperate for Help Answered
I was having a very difficult time signing up for 1Password. My old account which was originally part of a team was not working, and I couldn't follow the directions from the support web sight. I bugged them to distraction, I'm sure, but they kept answering my questions and guiding me through the entire process. I was so ready to throw in the towel, but they stayed with me and I was finally successful after days of asking questions. They were an amazing team of support.

Great Help
Had an issue (caused by myself) as I hadn’t fully completed sign up, which caused an issue with me logging in. Had a quick response from the support team, who managed to resolve the issue and I’m all logged in and ready to go. Thanks for your help Sully!

A complicated upgrade
I am a 10-year user of 1Password. This was my first experience the 1Password support team. The support team was patient and stuck with me over several weeks to reach a successful upgrade on my devices. I had to interrupt several support sessions due to vacation, travel and work between 6/13/23 and 8/07/23.
