Should have moved sooner
Moved here from LastPass after their 2022 data breach. Great tools to move my passwords. Easy and intuitive to use. I was able to jump right in with very little need to search for usage instructions. I enjoy the features and find 1Password easier to use than LastPass. Should have moved sooner!

Good email but not clear website
The email communication was prompt and helpful. But, it took me a long time searching the website to realize that the way to try to get some customer service was to send an email. The website is not clear about that, but after searching I found no phone number and no chat option.

The 1Password help team is quite good
The 1Password help team is quite good. They pay attention to the reported issue....and respond both with solutions and an offer to continue helping. You can respond to the email to continue the conversation. That is great.

Great Password Manager with great support Team
I needed 1Password Manager over different Platforms (MacOS, iOS and Windows) and I found it in 1Password. It ’s very easy to manage the passwords in different vaults. And thanks to the very fast and very nice support, I was now able to add family members.

Good, prompt customer support
Had a minor issue with the Safari app on one of my family's computer. Support was able to quickly suggest a fix. Overall, I am quite happy with my 1Password experience
