I had a small panic attack when my Mac…
I had a small panic attack when my Mac wouldn't let me sign into my 1Password account and the team at 1Password helped me navigate the issue via the Mac Keychain (which is redundant if you have 1Pass btw). Anyway, one email exchange later and viola! All better. Thanks, 1Pass!

Always great support from 1Password
Always great support from 1Password. I hardly ever contact them but when I do I get the issue addressed, very different from a lot of other software vendors these days. I was using the new feature of passkeys with 1Password and something was not working. Took only 3 emails to get it resolved.

What’s different about 1Password: It can act as a secondary database.
What’s different about 1Password, while the others seek to maximize profits by seeking to get a fee out you, with this product, you can stay ahead of the moving go GOAL posts, by recording the web pages you have passwords with and use it as a database to keep all your ducks in a row, a great product.
