Excellent Support Team.
1. Very reactive support team, they guided me all along when I lost my master password. 2. When they say your passwords are safe and only know by you, it's really true. Save you master password and remember it. So overall I am delighted, meaning compared to when I was not using 1password the change in my day to day workflow as a dev is really improved + The team is really responsive and helpful. With so many applications to access
With so many applications to access, Banks, Insurance, Heath Services, etc. we were (we are in our 70’s) having difficulty in choosing and remembering differing passwords. My son recommended 1Password to help generate and retain our lengthy list of passwords. Following a few initial teething issues we have found it very easy to use. It’s an excellent product, well worth the annual fees.
