I wanted to switch from LastPass…
I wanted to switch from LastPass because of 1Password's superior security, but assumed it would be a hassle. I got my account migrated over in minutes, and customer service was beyond speedy in looking at my LastPass invoice and applying a prorated discount to my account. Very confident in this switch!

My wife’s 1Password app failed to start…
My wife’s 1Password app failed to start for unknown reasons. Our version was legacy and deleting the app and reloading was not possible from the App Store. I sent a support request and a bot reply was initially received that did not address a fix, but within about an hour or so, a human response was received that did give precise directions on a fix. The fix was successful. Another human email followed up. All good.

I Can't Recommend This Program Enough!
I had my own system that I have been using for two decades. It worked well, as I had never had a password hacked. But it was a bit cumbersome. A friend insisted that I try 1Password, and I resisted: what I had worked, and worked well! I finally gave in, and tried it. It took me a day or two to get used to it, but I must say, THIS PROGRAM IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I particularly adore the "SHOW IN LARGE TYPE" feature! We have relied on 1Password for ten…
We have relied on 1Password for ten years; most recently, we migrated to a new computer and had to upgrade from version six to version eight (web based). While tricky to do, the support team instructions were clear and we figured it out. 1Password is a favorite utility, a great value and a secure partner.
