I decided to upgrade from version 7 to version 8. During the migration process, support team has been assisting me with various aspect of the migration work from purchase and billing process to technical execution of data the migration from 7 to 8. Many staff from 1Password support team helped me to resolve issue and situation. As a result, the migration was completed without any problem.

Very helpful support after messing up update

I totally messed up the updating process by somehow losing my secret key… 1Password support was very quick and helped me to solve my problem, analyzing my options and giving detailed advice on how to fix my problem. I had to start over again, but they gave a great instruction on how to do it… On top they granted me a substantial bonus code for my subscription even though I basically messed it up all by myself…

Fast support and professional support.

Suddenly I experienced a problem with my account’s activation status. After sending my issue to the support team, they quickly replied to me. Within a small amount of time support team solved my issue and did great job.

Four Years and I Still Love It!

I’ve been using 1Password for about four years. In the beginning I honestly thought my 31 year old brain could remember passwords but I forget them more than I’d like to admit. I use the app all the time and the user interface is great. Plus, the customer service is top notch. I definitely recommend this app to anyone!

Excellent product, could not live without. Also excellent customer service, no complaints whatsoever, they respond quick, on topic, and if you ask nicely, you will get a discount. I switch to premium and then to family account due to the amazing product and customer service.

Really impressed with how 1Password dealt with my issue logging in. Very clear concise instructions.

Picked up wrong Secret Key

After installing 1 password I accidentally changed my Secret key. I reprinted the Emergency Kit and thought I threw away the old one. Some how my laptop picked up the old Secret Key and I picked up the old Emergency Kit. I could still use 1 password on my phones and desktop but not on my laptop. 1password support figured it out and all is good.
