Refreshingly pleasant, near-immediate human responses
I inquired through a support email as instructed in Reddit by a 1Password team member. The answer came within minutes with a fully fluent person. This continued around the clock at all hours with immediate and helpful replies. Ultimately they couldn't fulfill my request (I was asking for a promotion that was only available to personal accounts, whereas I'm paying for a family account), however 1Password came through with a gesture of appreciation for continuing with them.
