I recently encountered an issue with my 1Password account when I forgot my Secret key. I reached out to their customer support, and I was pleasantly surprised by their quick response. They stayed with me throughout the entire process, patiently answering all my questions and guiding me through the reset process. I've been a 1Password customer for so long (at least 10 or 15 years) that I can't even remember which email I first used to register with them (I should have stored that info on 1Password!!!).
