I had a couple of items--mostly of my own making--that I needed help with. The 1Password help desk was extremely helpful. They were very quick to respond and seemed to genuinely want to help me. They checked my actions after I had taken the steps that they suggested to make sure that I was on the right track. They are a great model all help desks should follow!

Wonderful customer service!
I dealt with over 4 different people in customer service via email support and over the course of 24 hours they helped me solve the issues I was having. They were all very helpful, detailed and timely but yet I didn't have to take an hour out of my work day to sit there on the phone with someone so that was wonderful for me.

Problem Solved by Customer Service
I had a problem with my version 7 being corrupted and I could no longer get into my account. Customer Service at 1Password helped get me set up with a new version 8 account and assisted me with tools to get back into my account if I forget my password in the future. They were extremely helpful and understanding. Cooperation was very fast and thorough, and the resolution I received was very satisfactory.

Tom Majewski went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied, even when I had a foot-shaped mouth and the issue was on my end. One of the great things about 1Password is their customer service is 2nd to none - I highly recommend!
