Really Good Support & Support Agents!
So I had an issue with my 1Password Subscription where basically I had made the switch from 1Password Monthly to 1Password Yearly and in doing so, I was charged for 1Password Yearly but 1Password Monthly was still also trying to charge me at the same time and so I had gotten in contact with 1Password Support and omg they were super helpful, super fast at replying and super nice and actually ✨ Human ✨ rather than AI, and this made the process for me go faster than it would have done if it ...

I had difficulty working 1password on…Iphone
I had difficulty working 1password on my iphone. All other devices, (Mac, Windows, Safari, and now Iphone). Emailed and called on a Sunday, and received a response 1 hour after requested.

1Password understands users switching from another pw manager.
1Password understands the concerns of users switching from another password manager. I found that the functionality of 1P was superior to my previous pw manager and that the import function was easy and very thorough. Nothing was left behind. Also the credit for my current subscription made me decide to switch now and not in 9 months at the end of my current. Customer service was friendly, quick and efficient.

Amazing helpdesk service!
The service was quick, friendly, and extremely professional and helpful. The problem was solved in no time. This could definitely be a model for other companies! I am glad I chose 1Password 😀
