I couldn't find another tool that offered so much in their free version.

I researched a lot of other scheduling tools and I couldn't find another one that offered the number of features that 10to8 does in its free version. It's super easy to set up 10to8. You can even connect it to your Google Calendar, Zapier, Zoom and more to make your life even easier. On top of that, they have great support. Highly recommended

Easy to use, I regularly have clients booking through the system, or seeing my availability then contacting me directly. Like the reminder texts, help cut down on DNA’s. Staff always prompt and very helpful with any issues.

10to8 is a fantastic organisation. The quality of the services available is outstanding. The fact, too, that everything that I need is in the free section is incredible. Customer service has always been prompt and polite. Any niggles were always quickly resolved. I can’t rate this company any higher than I do. 5 ⭐️

Not the easiest program to navigate on…

Not the easiest program to navigate on our side, our customers tend to have difficulty understanding as well. Still feel like there are a lot of areas that need growth and improvement.I do like the fact that you can have a private schedule that you can send to only the people of your choosing. Its nice to not have people accessing our private appointments

We like using it

We like using it, does what it publicizes well. Some features though would make it a lot more user friendly.1. Total hours booked, and hours used under each type of appointment2. Option to send out messages only to certain contacts/appointment types3. Company specific restriction while booking appointments (Lunch hour between 12-3 for 1 hr, for example)4. Total appointment hours for a certain individual

It doesn't have all the features I…

It doesn't have all the features I need. And the features it DOES have that I would like to use are not available on my current plan. I'm looking into other platforms that offer more for less. Pretty sure I'm not going to renew.
