What is Contract Redlining?
What does 'Contract Redlining' mean?
Contract redlining is the AI marking up a third-party agreement: proposing alternative language, inserting the protections your side expects, and explaining why each change was made. The difference between products is the standard they mark against. A redline driven by a stored playbook of your negotiating positions is reviewable and consistent; a redline driven by a generic model reads plausibly and quietly drifts from your position. Also check whether changes land as native track changes a lawyer can accept or reject one at a time.
