In terms of UI, the product needs more enhancement, but nothing to dislike at this point. What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you? Zuddl is our go-to product as it brought us and our customers a close to real-time experience similar to that of a physical setup. CS team is available throughout.

As an attendee, I was not being redirected to multiple platforms/websites to get to know the basic details about the event. I was able to access a website from their lobby (Thanks to the iFrame widget) without being redirected to the website and I was able to download all documents pertinent to the event right from within Zuddl.
