"Terrible Customer Service and overall experience, when my contract is up I am going to a competitor."
What do you like best about ZoomInfo SalesOS? Nothing, it's been very clear that a small 2 seat account isn't a priority for anyone at Zoominfo. The frustration started a while ago when I purchased engage there was no onboarding effort from their end and then after I signed a new contract they are acting like the payment terms I agreed to arent able to be honored from their end.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo SalesOS? ZoomInfo is the most comprehensive sales software I have used in my 20 years in sales. The integration with Salesforce is seamless. It not only helps prospect because their B2B database is constantly updated and the professional contact info is thorough and the most accurate I've ever seen, but the additional features like org charts also helped me disqualify a lot of the database we already had. What do you like best about ZoomInfo SalesOS? ZoomInfo is the most comprehensive sales software I have used in my 20 years in sales. The integration with Salesforce is seamless. I love the extension that overlays right on my SalesForce or SalesLoft so I know I've got the best info for reaching my prospects. ZoomInfo will import contacts directly to my loft and salesforce to make the administrative burden of my position a breeze!
