What do you like best about Zoom2u? Once I made the booking my parcel was collected and delivered within 1 hour. The platform is very simple to use and the tracking features are great which is helpful when shipping work documents.

What do you like best about Zoom2u? Ease of booking and tracking. Great Account Managers and very good communication. They recently called me to advise there was a public holiday in another state which I wasn't aware of. As this would have impacted delivery I was able to make an informed choice.

One star for Telstra, Five for Zoom2U

Ordered a new phone from Telstra, immediately received tracking number from Zoom2U. As I was at work, I asked Telstra to deliver it between 6 and 9 pm. I was then told that Telstra had to deliver it earlier and my partner who was at home could not sign for it. The Zoom2U courier phoned my while he was picking up the phone, and put me onto the Telstra employee who was very unhelpful. Luckily, the courier took it on himself to go bring the phone immediately to my office so I could sign for ...
