Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. Effective video conferencing software

What do you like best? I like how easy it’s to pick up and use Zoom. It comes pre-installed on most laptops and if plays very nicely with iPhones, mobile phones, tablets, and more. It’s mostly free to use unless you have a group meeting for longer than an hour Then you have to pay. However, it offers a lot for free. The ability to record your meeting, share your screen, share files, a live chat, a unique phone number and meeting ID, and more. What do you dislike? I wish it didn’t kick ...

SciTeam Collaboration

What do you like best? GFI Has monthly video conferences where we use Zoom to have a meeting with 10+ people. It runs smooth, has a good system of making sure nobody speaks over one another, and also lets you easily mute and remove your face if you desire. What do you dislike? This is a hard one, other than initial start up sometimes being slow it is very great at everything it advertises which I have experienced. Recommendations to others considering the product Great for ...

Non intuitive User Interface

What do you like best? Quality of the video.audio is excellent. What do you dislike? Finding your meeting ID, sharing it, screen-sharing hard to find, user control panel difficult to find and use, takes two clicks to close a meeting. Needs much more work on the usability aspects What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote working with apps developers

Face time with colleagues

What do you like best? Zoom is a good way to get "face time" with colleagues or others if you are remote as we are. What do you dislike? The audio seems to cut out easily for some team members, which makes them re-load. It impacts productivity if that person was the one sharing. I think this software really requires a strong internet connection without interference. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Some people think seeing ...

Want this to be a 10/10! Will be if/when Mac OS bugs are worked out...

What do you like best? Ease of use, multi-person meetings, I've never experienced a crash. What do you dislike? I'm not 100% certain, but it does appear that Zoom is the cause of some audio challenges on my 2018 macbook pro w/ touchbar.. Wish this wasn't the case b/c I really love using Zoom, but I've had to reset PRAM multiple times on my machine and it appears that Zoom is the culprit. Seems to be after I've reinstalled Zoom, used it for a call/conference, then have used QuickTime. ...

Makes video conferencing a breeze

What do you like best? Zoom is a simple yet effective way to hold various types of calls and demos as an inside sales rep. The screen-share functionality makes it easy to display solutions, documents, contracts, etc. Their integration with GCal makes it extremely easy to create Zoom calendar invites. What do you dislike? Nothing comes to mind at this time. I can't think of any functionality that would make it better than it already is. What business problems are you solving with the ...

Reliable but needs better integration with VC hardware

What do you like best? It is easy to call into, and set up conference calls. The quality is good, and the mobile app is also pretty solid. What do you dislike? I often have to take zoom calls in meeting rooms with people, but it is hard to get the conference room video to stream correctly because we are calling in from a laptop. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Conferencing with team members, conferencing with external clients.
