Great video conferencing app for small teams

What do you like best? I love the speed and quality of the connection compared to Skype which is somehow still dominating the market. What do you dislike? It's a little clunky, but it is constantly getting updates. It's also difficult getting the Skype bandwagon to try out Zoom (although they always praise it when they do try it.
