What do you like best? It's video quality and connectivity is very good. Multiple participants can share screens which makes it quite collaborative. The team can chat and share content as well. What do you dislike? It performs very bad even with the slightest network connectivity fluctuations. You have to start the call from fresh and might be very frustrating at times. What do you like best? I love being able to share my screen in such a clean and quick fashion. My clients have loved the experience for the most part and it is a generally user-friendly tool. What do you like best? I use Zoom for daily standup meetings and for Knowledge transfers. What do you dislike? If there are too many people on the meeting the audio will be slightly disrupted. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoom helps to connect to the people who are working in different time zones on a daily basis. It helps for coordinating with other teams effectively.

What do you like best? My favorite part about Zoom is how easy it is to use. It only takes a few steps and in a matter of minutes you are able to share computer screens with others who are also logged in. This has enabled us to complete training with remote employees. What do you like best? This product has changed my world. I'm a sales professional and sometimes organizing sales calls can be overwhelming and confusing.
