What do you like best? Ease of use, low cost, works very well on PC, Phone and tablets. Offers sharing of documents and desktops. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Zoom is an easy to access app, it is free and uses little data, can be used by iPhone, Android phone and laptop. It can be used to chat, call and video conferencing. Audibility is better compared to other apps. What do you dislike? It needs a well lit room for video conferencing. If not, it may not be clear. Easy to use, and best of any Organization.

What do you like best? With Zoom multiple people can connect at a time and do any kind of meeting. It is very helpful if you have to explain anything you have to just chare your screen and all is yours. While creating zoom meeting it creates specific id, using that only those person can connect who has the zoom id, so you can say it is secure also. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the fact that you can see all members joined to the meetings and hear them speak as well. The mute function helps to cut down confusion. The quality of the video from each member is very good and the voice quality is also clear if the user's connection and wifi is reliable.
