Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. I love Zoom!! So easy and fun!

What do you like best? LOVE the interface - super user-friendly, chat is integrated in a way that makes it easy to ignore if you need to, awesome ability to present and still see everyone in the chat, nice touches like highlighting the name of the person speaking. What do you dislike? Nothing - so awesome. It's a very interactive, collaborate space that honestly makes group work so much easier. What problems are you solving with the product? Zoom Review

What do you like best? So far things have been great. We are able to have more than 6 people visible at one time, which is huge for our CEO. The speed and connection have been awesome vs. other systems we have used. The ease of setting up meetings is great as well. What do you dislike? So far everything has been positive- we are still fairly new to zoom. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Made the choice between Skype and Zoom pretty easy.

What do you like best? Zoom gives multiple view options when video conferencing with multiple individuals What do you dislike? Pricing structure seems a little steep. We can only have one admin account and two other users with a basic plan. Any other users added after that are at any additional cost, and those users who are not admins are limited to 40 minute conversations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes video conferencing ...

A very good tool for business calls

What do you like best? The user interaction is very good in zoom. If we want to do any conference call, business meetings, we can do with this & we can record this also. We can give access of our system to other person by giving the control permissions. What do you dislike? If we dont have good network connection, it will face some issues. Other than that no issues. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is very good tool that can do video conference & screen share ...

Zoom is a solution for small business

What do you like best? The ease of interaction with the menu items such as participants, screen sharing, chat feature, phone/computer audio options. The learning curve on using it to upload presentations and grab log in details is short. The basic features offered on the free version are good enough to conduct good webinars or meetings. What do you dislike? There isn't a feature to capture the attendees and where they come from following the event, at least in the free version. The ...

Basically everything you could need in a video conference software

What do you like best? Zoom's computer and mobile interfaces are both very easy to use and high quality. The program has a wide variety of tools and features that make remote video calls and conferences easy and painless. What do you dislike? After reaching the one hour "time limit," conference quality diminishes heavily. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try to take some time to get to know the software before conducting a meeting; it will make your life ...
