Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

  • Easy screen sharing and whiteboard features for enhanced collaboration.

Great for Video Conferencing

What do you like best? I like the ability to choose different types of video conferences, that you can set a specific number/login for recurring calls, and it can be used internationally. What do you dislike? I don't like how many features cost extra and there's a limit to many things such as: number of callers, type of number, number of users, admin access. All these limits cost extra and if you show interest and don't follow up Zoom will be sure to follow up as frequently as possible ...

The best video conferencing software around

What do you like best? * Reliable, clear, video and audio * Screen sharing * Supports large number of video calls at once * Quick & easy to set up for guests What do you dislike? The web UI for scheduling meetings can be a pain. The Outlook plugin doesn't work well for me -- problems like moving a scheduled meeting, and trying to get it updated in Zoom and Outlook. Haven't figured that out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? * ...

Excellent Conference tool

What do you like best? It's so easy to get a meeting scheduled and launched. Sign up is free and it's simple to host the actual meeting. It's a very power communication tool -- screen sharing, document sharing, group chat, person-to-person chat. I normally don't like conference calls, and this is the best alternative to face to face. It's even better when you consider the ability to record the call and share it with others who weren't able to attend. What do you dislike? Haven't found ...

Just easy and like being face to face

What do you like best? Face to face primary focus over screen sharing focus of older apps.. Built in VOIP (like I really want to worry about or manage that separately! What do you dislike? Sometimes the controls are in the way on the screen when doing screensharing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaboration with peers, vendors, customers and prospects. I can easily have a high bandwidth (i.e. vivid interaction with anyone.

Zoom is a great video conference service

What do you like best? There system is always up and dependable. The quality of the video and audio are great and the interface is easy to use. What do you dislike? I do not like their structure of subscriptions for organizations. Not only does the organization have to belong and pay a subscription, but you also have to pay per user to use some of the features that businesses and organizations might typically need. Recommendations to others considering the product: Chat with their ...

Best video conference experience!

What do you like best? It’s reliable and offers multiple features. You can use different layouts to see participants and join calls from your computer, phone app or dialing in directly from your phone. I love the remote control when sharing screen. Zoom is my favorite app, I use it for work and to connect with my family/friends abroad. What do you dislike? I would say that one thing that I’d like to have is the dial out feature to add people to a call via mobile. Recommendations to ...
