What do you like best? I like to use this software in order to listen to lectures. I was in a long term program and we used Zoom as video chat rooms and to listen to lectures from our teachers. It was cool to have a designated "zoom room" where me and my team members could chat. We never had service that was lagging and we were able to chat with our teammates that lived in different states. What do you like best? No video buffering - flawless. We were actually located in Africa when we connected with the USA. I was using my mobile phone as a hotspot since the wifi was bad. Awesome experience with zoom

What do you like best? I love the easy mute video and microphone feature. The mobile app is also extremely useful and reliable. What do you dislike? Sometimes there’s a real lag in audio. Otherwise i haven’t noticed any major issues or flaws when using the program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use zoom multiple times a day for video conferencing and it’s extememely helpful in solving team problems and in working with clients.
