However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Using 1+ Year
What do you like best? The ability to link conference rooms to a Zoom account makes connecting to meetings super simple. What do you dislike? A bit costly. For an inexperienced user, it can be a bit difficult to connect outside of a zoom room, especially since the software updates often - so it may require a new version to connect. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely worth a try but Google Hangouts works just as well, with the exception of muting abilities ...

Simple to use video conferencing
What do you like best? Zoom is pretty easy to use, especially if it's a small group like 2-4 callers. I know you can integrate it with your Microsoft Outlook accounts, though I've never taken the time to figure that out. What do you dislike? Sometimes when you get on a big group call, it can be confusing to be sure that your microphone is muted or that your camera is off. It always asks me when I'm getting on a small group, but it doesn't when I'm getting on a big group, and I always ...

What do you like best? Zoom is intuitive and easy to use, and its integrations with applications like Slack and Google Calendar, make scheduling and hosting meetings a breeze. What do you dislike?
