Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Zoom is best for meet-ups
What do you like best? I like how good is the sound quality. How you can mute each participant, ask for video sharing and some other features. You can easily share your meeting link and voila, your friends can join you. What do you dislike? On mobile there is no option to show more than 4 participant on same screen. The UI can be improved on mobile specially. You can copy your password and username. This should be available. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

There is no support for Zoom
Their support team may as well not exist. Tickets to their helpdesk don't get answered for MONTHS. Even when you've paid for licences. When you try to use the chat function it goes from Bot to Human and back to Bot without any warning. For a company that has had an obscene amount of growth in the last 9 months, WHY can't they provide support teams? Why? They are utterly useless if you encounter difficulties.

Zoom is the new office
What do you like best? Zoom has made it possible to work remotely yet still remain connected to clients and colleagues. We are still able to communicate in a pseudo "in person" fashion fairly efficiently. It has enabled my office in particular to resume weekly scheduling and management meetings. It has also allowed me to meet face to face with family as well as conduct more personal conversations with individual office staff. Zoom has definitely made working remotely entirely feasible ...

Good tool for Video communication!
What do you like best? Zoom is a good tool for VideoConferences. Sound is clear and I like that my tutor can record the whole lesson and we can reuse it later. What do you dislike? The only thing that I dislike is that our classes last longer , but the free version lasts only 40 minutes. Fortunately our tutor has bought a paid version, and we can now access the lesson without any interruption. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you want any software to ...

The new social tool for the Covid Pandemic
What do you like best? I like the fact that Zoom can be used on Cell phones, tablets, Laptops and desktops. Making it a very versatile video conferencing tool. It seems to work really well to connect people who are using both apple, IBM PC and Android. Skype does this as well. However Zoom is free. Zoom also has the capability to setup a Zoom account. Which gives you some more features, like adding a photo if you turn off video during a conference. Zoom also has some ...
