Does the job

Had some trouble getting the audio and mic to work with headphones in the beginning (the settings aren't the most intuitive) but in the end I learned my way around and can easily find the functionalities I need for daily work meetings.

The Zoom customer service is so poor

The Zoom customer service is so poor. I have been trying to submit our tax exempt status for MONTHS!!! They make it impossible to find any email address to send the information. I started my request by calling in March '20, after no response I sent inquiry emails to customer service in April. Finally on Aug 19th I received a response from Cynthia saying my tax information was incomplete. Can’t see the tiny controls on the top…

Can’t see the tiny controls on the top of the screen on the iPad. BLOW UP THE VIDEO AND MUTE BUTTONS.Here I am punching any and all buttons.These 2 controls need to be LARGE and in the middle of the screen.

Zoom

I am using Zoom since the start of the pandemic. It is very useful but its a little bit hard to navigate. You should have a premium account to use its full potential. But overall Zoom is good to specially when teaching online.

TERRIBLE app

TERRIBLE app. My computer used to be able to run multiple programs at once. After one week of using Zoom, my computer can only run one program at once, which makes class terrible. We always have google classroom on while having online class but it is impossible. All my classmates from school have this problem. Fix your software. It doesn’t even zoom (it is SO SLOW). When my teacher shares their screen it is literally like 2 FPS.

Fix zoom, zoom.

for about 40 minutes i sat, trying to use zoom, my girlfriend and i just wanted to screen share so that we could watch a movie, but low and behold, zoom wouldn't let me open the app, it continued to sit there and buffer for 10 minutes straight. i turned off my laptop to restart it and it still didn't work. it worked for me for months on end, why won't it work now???

zoom sucks

there is so many bugs and issues once I had 5 bars then it said sorry you don't have any internet (something like that do they even have a service team if they do they need a new one we had the perfect chance to use like google meet or literally ANYTHING else there is so much I left out about it so whatever you know I left out please write it in your on review
