Privacyinvasive crap
The worst I have ever experienced in my life. An absolute waste of time and effort downloading this. It steals your data and lacks an actual okay GUI. Saddest part of this is that so many use it. And there’s nothing we can do about it. The worst program in the 20 century.

Management Zoom : sad experience !
For technical reasons (insufficient Internet speed) we could not use the Zoom-videoconferencing system, paid 140 € in March 2020. We explained to Zoom by email and even by letter addressed to their Management in the USA, no response to this day.It is sad to work in such conditions!

Stinkende Kacksoftware
Stinkende Kacksoftware. Von Nerds für Nerds gebaut. Schade, dass Google und co einfach kein Ton und Video auf den gleichen Level hin bekommen, dann hätte man eine alternative.Unmögliches UI, und Klickiklicki Tool... Jede chatsoftware von 1998 ist einfacher zu nutzen..

Impossible to contact tech support
There is no way to find your "six digit" code. It's not on profile page, as they suggest.So, Zoom makes it impossible to contact tech support via chat or phone and you must wait for email response.IE: Looking like you're making tech support available, but then cutting off 2 out of 3 ways to contact support = horrible customer service - but good for Zoom's profits.What a scam and an insult.

PLEASE read my reveiw and my SOLUTION:If I could put 0 to this review I would. I have terrible bad experience from them. Before they would not have trouble sending money to the recipient. Now it takes forever for them to send the money. Worst, if the trasaction hasnt reflected yet on your bank and you cancelled, it would ask for 4 days for refund. What? NO BETTER THAN OK As a comms tool it's ok but nothing to…
As a comms tool it's ok but nothing to shout about. Until you get the hang of it it's complex and cumbersome to use and not user friendly.I want to ensure that I get Zoom updates but no information seems to exist to make this happen.Until something a lot slicker comes along Zoom will have to do.
