Genuinely horrible
An awful, glitchy, buggy mess. Constant crashes and connection issues. I hope you have a monster of a computer, otherwise screen sharing anything that requires more processing power than a YouTube video will slow your computer to a crawl or just crash it entirely. Sometimes the screen share feature will struggle with WEBPAGES. Just don't install this garbage if you don't have to.

Read the small print before you buy
On their website, they offer the pro plan at 139€, but they don't mention that it's ex VAT. I ended up being charged 169€ after they added in the VAT.I asked for a refund and although they took the payment from my account immediately, it will apparently take 3-5 days to get my money back. I don't like doing business this way.

APPALLING SUPPORT
I have just wasted an hour trying to get help for a problem with Zoom. I paid £60 for my membership this month, but am not considered important enough to get phone or email support.The online chat cut out on me FIVE times, each time in the middle of a 'conversation' with their agent.This is appalling service - I can't see any way to resolve this problem if even the online chat doesn't work properly. AVOID ZOOM!!!

SCREW these tech CLOWNS! After MONTHS of service we could not connect for a MAJOR meeting. Yet there is NO live tech support! After repeated attempts to log in with proper credentials, we were LOCKED out of our own meeting! Here's hoping this incompetent, audacious, greedy, corporate PIGS die slow miserable DEATHS! We will now go elsewhere now, but the damage is already done!

Don't do it - especially if you are an individual or family.
As is common nowadays: Service is non-existent after the sale. NO ASSISTANCE for individuals whatsoever, call their "contact us" service number if you don't believe it! Businesses? ABSOLUTELY! If you want to stalk other's meetings this is what you want to use
When I type in the meeting ID and code that I have been given by my teahcer I keep getting thrown into random meetings with people from all over the world having meetings
