My Bad, they fixed it tho

I went to upgrade during a meeting to extend my time unfortunately I mistakenly upgraded the account with the wrong email. So I still had to call my colleagues back for a second zoom meeting. However, after my meeting I reached out to chat support Robert handled issue and explained I signed up with the wrong email so my account was not associated. Robert processed my refund with no issue. Once I use zoom more I will be happy to upgrade thank you guys rock!

Very good product. It helped me alot during corona outbreak.

Excellent tool

Excellent tool, I use it for individual sessions as well as for courses. Everything works fine.

Tech support is terrible

Tech support is terrible! Once you get a person to communicate with, they are obviously answering six calls at once, so everything you type takes them minutes to answer. They need to treat their customers better!!

No support, No love

Works until they break it, then they have very weak support for the update that broke it. Zoom is raking in millions right now but they will tell you outright, we are spending too much time to help you with support, so send someone an email and good luck. Only large accounts (schools, corporations, etc) get real support...everyone else is treated like garbage. Due to their current popularity they are taking advantage of the lack of options on the market.

Really enjoy using Zoom

Really enjoy using Zoom - very easy to use and no other video call tech I have used compares. Love the breakout rooms!

ZOOM NEEDS TO FIX THIS ASAP!!!

Zoom is a good app and is a great alternative source for communicating with friends and family, however, I feel like we should be allowed to delete messages when typed. There have been many instances when I have sent the wrong thing or typed the wrong word to a teacher or friend and I was horrified and worried in the midst of it all because zoom gives you no option to delete a message you sent. It would mean the world to me and a lot of people if zoom added this in an update!

If I have the web browser

If I have the web browser, I can’t see anymore than 9 on a screen. No options anywhere to get up to 49 like the help web says. If I have the app, I can see 25 but then won’t let me be co-host. In a time of need and working with zoom, it’s let us down big time.

I have not tried zoom , the reason is I prefer life meeting where I could see who is present in the room compare to zoom when you only see the other person(s) and don't know who else is present and listening to your conversation. This is just an opinion
