No actual customer service to help me...
We CAN NOT record a zoom meeting using the free version - I tried and it wasn't available.I've used zoom for about 1,5 years now and it works okay. But I had to train my self as there sadly haven't been any customer service available or any videos on how to.The way zoom it set up is so heavy (description etc) is as if it has been made many years ago and haven't had an update in many years.I would love to use zoom for webinars, but it requires a yearly 400$ license and I don't know zoom well ...

It's Alright
Since the Covid-19 pandemic, I think zoom was definitely used much more often. I can't say zoom is inefficient since it technically does its job, but it's not great either. Zoom is a video conferencing app, and it works like Facetime, Skype, etc., but with some other features. The breakout rooms are probably one of the best Zoom features, making it to where there can be mini groups in the zoom. I have been having problems with random…
I have been having problems with random diagonal lines showing up on my screen in whiteboard, and there is no answer available, and their virtual just takes you through a loop. Sadly, there is absolutely no way to reach an individual to tell you how to fix the problem. Sadly, this is the reason why I will not be purchasing a paid version.

Please hire a support team for us little people who are confused why their Zoom account profile and profile say I have both a Basic and Pro (Named Host) plan. We like talking to actual humans.

It is easy to use but it is not secure
It is easy to use but it is not secure. It is free to use and anyone can use it. We like using zoom because even children can join in. On some devices you can't see everyone's faces. It is better to talk with everyone. It's easy to see who is speaking and who is on mute. Most of us think it is easier than Teams.

My experience in the last few minutes confirms that Zoom is a dreadful tool.After getting an email to tell me my business meeting contact was in the meeting I clicked the link to join....no participant.Was I in the right meeting.I went to the calendar and clicked on this. It asked me to log in to a web page and I already had the app installed to my desktop.It's anxiety provoking to use this rubbish when you're not sure what the hell is going on and your reputation hangs on outcomes of this ...

Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support. Can’t get anyone or even a bot to help with basic issues like “playback setting” not working.
