Ik had een probleempje met opzeggen van mijn abonnement. Waardoor er toch een extra maand werd afgeschreven. Ik nam daarom contact op met de customer service en binnen 3 dagen werd het geld teruggestort. Zonder vragen of problemen. Goed en snel geregeld.De verdere functionaliteiten zijn super. Het is met stip de beste provider voor videocalls, met name als het gaat interactieve sessies (met veel mensen). De mogelijkheden zijn top en blijven doorontwikkelen!

Best Virtual Meetings Platform

I've been extremely happy with Zoom ever since I started using it. In the covid era where all meetings are virtual, Zoom was a real life saver. I like the easy to use interface and integration with google calendars. I also like the security features in zoom. I have also recently tried the breakout rooms feature which was really really useful. I am able to conduct meetings with 100+ people using Zoom. The platform never hangs or shows any glitches. Very impressed!

Great customer service

I had a year of using Zoom during lockdown for family get togethers, no issues at all and a real life saver. Unfortunately I forgot to cancel auto-renewal and I no longer need the paid version. I emailed customer support and within 10 minutes they had refunded my payment, even though they legally didn't have to. A decent ethical company, thank you.
