Great service

Couldn't convert a recording. Contacted the tech guys and they were able to manually convert the files I sent them within 24 hours. Unusually good service from a tech behemoth. Very impressed.

Zoom is an excellent piece of software.

Zoom is an excellent Web Collaboration Platform, offering modern features and services. Their services is available for free and includes audio and web conferencing, plus a range of other gadgets. I would highly recommend Zoom for its excellent services.

PROS: It is an all-round tool when it comes to sharing of screen with others. For a beginner, the learning curve is barely there. You only need a URL to get started right away and start sharing screens with others. I have conducted over 300 hours worth…

I have conducted over 300 hours worth of webinars with an average attendance rate of about 50 people and have had individual meetings with ZOOM and have been using it since beginning of 2020. I have also tried Webinar Jam, Google Meeting, Streamyard and a range of others.... For me ZOOM is incredible. It is the ONLY one that allows screen sharing AND chat in the same screen. Customer support has always responded within 2 minutes. Have no idea why the rating is so low on Trustpilot.

Good Software, Great support

I've been hosting a couple of recent online meetings (circa 85 people) lately and the software experience was good. I didn't need the subscription this month, but forgot to cancel it. Contacted support and they have refunded within a few hours. I will be back as a paid user later in the year.
