What do you like best about Zoom? I recently found out you can send an SMS via Zoom which has really helped me confirm appointments with decision makers that are hard to get ahold of by calling.

What do you like best about Zoom? Love the ability to track metrics such as attendance, poll results, exit surveys. Dedicated Q&A box is great with anonymous posting. Everyone is familiar with Zoom, so there is little education necessary for our attendees.
