I purchased this plan less than a year…
I purchased this plan less than a year ago and just got an email this am telling me that they extended lifetime by 7 years...... Where is my 7 yr extension? If this is true the lawyers will have a field day for fraudulent continuation of selling unlimited home subscriptions knowing they were extending earlier subs but canceling at the end of that 7 years screwing and robbing new subscribers. Give us the 7 year extension from when we bought into your scam.......or refund our full amount ...

Stealing our money
Stealing our money - used it to setup there business and now deleting our data.Have only had one email today telling me to download all my data or it will be deleted.They will not honor payments for lifetime storage.Trying to recover my data and it states have to will up to 12 hours for download to start. Same as the rest...paid more than the yearly rate for the "lifetime" membership only to get about 18 months of service.Everyone just received an email about how sorry they were but they either had to lay off staff or screw over the customers (I'm paraphrasing of course).We have a business as well and it has been a heck of a year, but our stance was to NEVER screw over the customer, even if it ran us out of business. Total ripoff. Took our money for lifetime service and then cancelled it. They really don't deserve any business going forward. My company will not use them for anything except as a dart board.
