When we bought Subscription from zoolz.com, we didn't select Zoolz Australian data center , so zoolz should move our accounts to their international data-center, else we will lodge class-action. The company is still operating and should respect our bought subscriptions, Closing down of Australian data center & making our active subscription null and void/obsolete is no solution. offer us another account or face class action.

They don't even deserve a star

They don't even deserve a star. I paid for lifetime subscription for 1TB and used 80GB only, and now they discontinue just after 3 years. They offer full/partial refund for recent customers only. No refund offer for earlier ones, only upgrade to business plan which I don't need to subscribe. How can I be sure that "Business Plan" will not discontinue within next few years. This is an unbelievable scam. These people sold lifetime back up services and now all of a sudden they changed their minds. I paid for this with hard earned money and Inna few years the service is cancelled. To make the problem worse the reseller that sold the plan and zoolz have been giving run around via email for 20 days. Mow they want me to start paying for another service for a discount. They must be out of their minds. Very disappointed and it feels like a scam. I would never pay ...

Well, actually it was unusably slow and crappy service before stopping "lifetime" subscriptions already, so I'm not very unhappy, it was wasted money anyway. Lesson learned (again!)- no lifetime subscriptions. We all knew actually, if smth sounds too good then pretty sure it is just a scam.

I am user from outside of USA. But I have seen first time a scam company. Means you can find it also in USA. Never I had this experience. Giving a lifetime promise and after cancelling and sending a simple email and saying "sorry". Is it really so easy. I bought the service in December 2018. Now I lost my money. The "Lifetime" service is cancelled. This will be for me a bad experience for my future. Never trust companies who is giving lifetime guarantee also in USA.

Sorry I could not give a zero bunch of stars. I’ve been able to upload files of several gigs - but can not download them. They close my ‘lifetime’ account with no ability for me to access my large files. Also, folders which add up to large sizes must be downloaded in pieces which makes checking for accuracy a HEADACHE!!!!!!

I had a lifetime subscription and they say 7 years is good enough. But I can save my data by paying them more money. Sorry Zoolz you lied to me. If the product was not profitable then that was their mistake in pricing and my mistake in believing. Why would anyone believe you again and give you more money? Not me.

There should be a class action lawsuit and people who paid for the Zoolz "life time" cloud scam should be able to get their money back
