They don't even deserve a star
They don't even deserve a star. I paid for lifetime subscription for 1TB and used 80GB only, and now they discontinue just after 3 years. They offer full/partial refund for recent customers only. No refund offer for earlier ones, only upgrade to business plan which I don't need to subscribe. How can I be sure that "Business Plan" will not discontinue within next few years. Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Your data is safe at Zoolz as long as they don't decide to kick your Lifetime plan out of business and to ask you for a different subscription on a yearly basis.I bought 4 Lifetime plans, and now I have nothing.

Lifetime service that is cancelled within a short period of time is unacceptable. I would have a expected a partial refund if purchased within the last 2 years.Only option available; pay for their business tier.

Stealing our money
Stealing our money - used it to setup there business and now deleting our data.Have only had one email today telling me to download all my data or it will be deleted.They will not honor payments for lifetime storage.Trying to recover my data and it states have to will up to 12 hours for download to start. I purchased this plan less than a year…
I purchased this plan less than a year ago and just got an email this am telling me that they extended lifetime by 7 years...... Where is my 7 yr extension? If this is true the lawyers will have a field day for fraudulent continuation of selling unlimited home subscriptions knowing they were extending earlier subs but canceling at the end of that 7 years screwing and robbing new subscribers. Give us the 7 year extension from when we bought into your scam.......or refund our full amount ...

Pay today, lose your data tomorrow.
Do you want to trust your data with a company that may close down tomorrow? There are much better, much safer options that cost less.This company is unreliable and unethical.
