Don't trust with your data!

As others have mentioned, Zoolz has cancelled lifetime paid plans with very short notice to retrieve data. The service is terrible. Software is just timing out trying to retrieve my data. The support team trying is useless and can't solve any of the problems. Only offering refunds to very recently signed up customers, so most customers just lose their money. Don't trust this company with your data!

zoolz is not reliable

zoolz is an online service not promising and a big liar. this year is remove Zoolz Cloud service and the chance by after 3 years they will remove another service or the service price will increase three time.

Total scam

Total scam. I purchased a lifetime plan just over two years ago, now they say they cannot honour the service they sold and not offering me any refund on money I paid. At least they should have decency to offer full refund when they are withdrawing their services for which they have charged customers.Why only refund orders under 12 months old? I was sold a life time service just over 2 years ago. All life time orders should be fully refunded.

I got my lifetime home plan canceled…

I got my lifetime home plan canceled and asked for refund which was denied. No apologies or whatever... it is all COVID-19 fault....I am in favor for a class action.Donot trust that company.

Lifetime subscription just cancelled

They just cancelled my cloud backup lifetime subscription because as a home user I am not useful for the business model. Funny thing about a year ago they were pushing me to upgrade to an added subscription which I did not want, at the time they reassured me my lifetime plan was safe.This must be the worst company I have dealt with, zero credibility and totally unreliable. Please stay away from them , don’t do business with them .

complete fraud. they sold me a LIFETIME online data storage, and then cancelled it after 3 years. no refund. they blamed it on the pandemic! they cut support just as the pandemic started, and then cancelled their product during the middle of a virus. HORRIBLE COMPANY! AND DON'T USE POLAR BACKUP EITHER BECAUSE IT'S THE SAME OWNER! FRAUD!

The founders decided to cancel my lifetime subscription, because they were faced on a no-win situation. I didn't get any refund. IF YOU'RE SMART, YOU AVOID THEM!
