Muy cabreado, no cumplen con lo que venden, me dijeron que tendría una suscripción de por vida y ahora me han suspendido la cuenta. Jamás volveré a confiar en esta empresa, me creía que era una empresa seria pero me he dado cuenta que me equivocaba

Zoolz is very dishonest

Zoolz is very dishonest. Sold a lifetime plan and aren't honouring it because supposedly it's not a viable business model. It makes me angry to read on their other website a whole webpage explaining why it IS a viable business model. It's also not right that I can't simply download my data in the vault. That was sold as instant access, but when the lifetime was cancelled, the vault wasn't instant either.

STAY AWAY, data restoration fails and support has no clue.

Update2: My account suspended, 5 times counting the restore option and support comes up with random ideas on what switches should I move on the software not to fail restore.I am a IT architect and know this is BS. Their software just randomly fails and logs say nothing to them.Update: I tried to restore my data from zoolz, but it failed repeatedly over last few weeks. They offered a Lifetime plan, but after a few years just ended that. I tried to retrieve my files, but it was not possible.Not trustworthy at all !

Don't trust with your data!

As others have mentioned, Zoolz has cancelled lifetime paid plans with very short notice to retrieve data. The service is terrible. Software is just timing out trying to retrieve my data. The support team trying is useless and can't solve any of the problems. Only offering refunds to very recently signed up customers, so most customers just lose their money. Don't trust this company with your data!

Don't fall for this scam. Whenever Zoolz is behind, it is a scam. I'm one of the "lifetime service" subscriber of a different named company with Zoolz behind as well, which only lasted 2 years. The scam pattern is very clear: they offer you a "lifetime" subscription using either their own name, or any other company which is supposed to "only" use their platform. Total scam

Total scam. I purchased a lifetime plan just over two years ago, now they say they cannot honour the service they sold and not offering me any refund on money I paid. At least they should have decency to offer full refund when they are withdrawing their services for which they have charged customers.Why only refund orders under 12 months old? I was sold a life time service just over 2 years ago. All life time orders should be fully refunded.

zoolz is not reliable

zoolz is an online service not promising and a big liar. this year is remove Zoolz Cloud service and the chance by after 3 years they will remove another service or the service price will increase three time.
