Scammer!!

When a life plan becomes less than three years, plan without refund or alternative. All of internet user must unit and follow these scammers. They might change their name, but they will never be forgotten! is there is a way to sue these thieves?

When is a LIfetime plan not a lifetime…

When is a LIfetime plan not a lifetime plan? When it's inconvenient for the company that has sold it to honour its commitment. This sums up the Zoolz approach in a nutshell. If it's so unreasonable a business model now, you have to question why it was considered such a good idea in the past. Zoolz should have come clean and refunded all lifetime payments to get itself out of the negative hole it has now unleashed.

Zoolz is very dishonest

Zoolz is very dishonest. Sold a lifetime plan and aren't honouring it because supposedly it's not a viable business model. It makes me angry to read on their other website a whole webpage explaining why it IS a viable business model. It's also not right that I can't simply download my data in the vault. That was sold as instant access, but when the lifetime was cancelled, the vault wasn't instant either.

STAY AWAY, data restoration fails and support has no clue.

Update2: My account suspended, 5 times counting the restore option and support comes up with random ideas on what switches should I move on the software not to fail restore.I am a IT architect and know this is BS. Their software just randomly fails and logs say nothing to them.Update: I tried to restore my data from zoolz, but it failed repeatedly over last few weeks. I created a support ticket, but a standard response and my account was suspended 3 days before deadline.STAY AWAY!Bait and ...

They offered a Lifetime plan but it's not true

They offered a Lifetime plan, but after a few years just ended that. I tried to retrieve my files, but it was not possible.Not trustworthy at all !

Don't fall for this scam. Whenever Zoolz is behind, it is a scam. I'm one of the "lifetime service" subscriber of a different named company with Zoolz behind as well, which only lasted 2 years. The scam pattern is very clear: they offer you a "lifetime" subscription using either their own name, or any other company which is supposed to "only" use their platform. Then without any explanation, they cancel it.What is more, I had to pay extra to Zoolz to retrieve my files, because they hold the ...
