After buying a "lifetime" plan and hoping to "set and forget" - suddenly account is suspended and no back-ups are enabled because "the servers in Australia are being shutdown". They should transfer to another data centre to continue the lifetime service they promised; otherwise a refund should be given but is not offered.We need a data ombudsman to sort out dishonest businesses like Zoolz

I bought lifetime license and they suspended my account and they say that they will give refund for only subscriptions within 30 days or 12 months. Its a big big scam.Zoolz: Now don't copy paste your reply. Shame on you guys.

3 years into a lifetime plane and they cancel it saying the servers in Australia are being shutdown. They should transfer the data to another country and continue the lifetime service they promised.

Scammer! Stay away before you lose your money

I bought a lifetime account from Zoolz and now they cancelled their service in australia. They told me to buy another business account at a discount rate so i went a head to purchase it and it’s turn out to they only give me 1Tb of cold storage and no instant vault. You have to purchase very expensive instant vault seperately. Now i asked them for the refund because they did not provide the service to fit my purpose. They wont they wont refund me at all. What a scammer! Please stay away ...

Regulator / Ombudsman please look into the Zoolz abusive commercial practices

Zoolz licensing is indeed a scam and their professional ethics tell us long on how much trust you can place in their product/solution. I wish a regulator or Ombudsman would look into these abusive commercial practices.I bought my Zoolz license on a US website with a US credit card, after a few months using their services I received a service cancelation email because my data sits in Australia and Zoolz decided to no longer use the datacenter... Stay away from all lifetime plans

Stay away from all lifetime plans, they’ve recently shutdown Zoolz cloud backup, I had 2TB cold and 1TB instant vault lifetime plans, they’ve shut down the service after 2 years, now I don’t know what will happen to my polar lifetime account, they can shut down that too at a weeks notice and start again under a new name, why waste time and energy?storage is getting cheaper with all the blockchain based cloud services coming around, it’s better to pay a bit more and use reliable services ...

When a life plan becomes less than three years, plan without refund or alternative. All of internet user must unit and follow these scammers. They might change their name, but they will never be forgotten! is there is a way to sue these thieves?

When is a LIfetime plan not a lifetime…

When is a LIfetime plan not a lifetime plan? When it's inconvenient for the company that has sold it to honour its commitment. This sums up the Zoolz approach in a nutshell. If it's so unreasonable a business model now, you have to question why it was considered such a good idea in the past. Zoolz should have come clean and refunded all lifetime payments to get itself out of the negative hole it has now unleashed.
