Great for in-house SMMs

I'm a one-person social media team in-house, and the premium plan is ideal to manage the day to day. I tried the free premium trial for a month and plan to keep it - it's very cheap in comparison to other platforms I've used in the past. In comparison to tools like Sprout, it actually isn't that far off so it's well worth the price.
