"So much more than just a chat plugin!"
What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? SalesIQ is an amazing chat plugin. It's fast and easy to use, but it does so much more! The integration with ZohoCRM gives me insight into my clients' and prospects' use of all of our websites, and it sends a weekly summary of web traffic that is much easier to use and more to-the-point than other analytics software. It's much more useful for a business owner and non-marketer who doesn't need the detail that others provide.

Highly recommend it, give it a try
PROS: I enjoy working with Zoho Sales, it gives me an idea of what to offer to my clients and how to meet their needs. It is simple and easy to set up, there is integration with Snopify that I can use it through app and to view the graph details of my audience and customers. It breaks down store traffic and it offers visual learner. I personally like its chat feature because I can connect with my customers and engage them in more professional ways.

What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? Reliable, good amount of functionality and customisation out of the box, good support in terms of building features although a lot of the advanced customisation will require developers to configure and write script (but it cane be done!).

Reliable solution for engaging visitors on your website
PROS: I like the visitor tracking in a visual funnel, I can show my clients how they can easily configure their funnel lanes. They can engage visitors through interactive chat. The system is well integrated with other Zoho products. CONS: They could implement additional load time on a website, and add a pop up call to action feature.
