What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? I'd try zoho in around 10 websites and the result was a great experience end-to-end, from the setup to the usability for the chat reps.

What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? It allows you to follow the visits of your website, the IP address and the route they're following... and everything on real time!!! It helps me a lot in order to better deal with potential customers and turn simple visitors into real customers (the chat feature is excellent for that).

What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? The layout was extremely easy to understand. I also liked being able to add my other zoho applucations, which made everything easy to access. The sales team, customer service department, and the tech support were outstanding in help us utilize all the features in this platform.
