What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? The chat is cool. The crm integration is cool. the analytics are cool. colors are pretty rad too. Basically, what's amazing is that you can chat with people online but when you do chat, your chats are connected to their CRM profile so that you can recall their last purchase and what the last email campaign they got and if they opt-ed in or etc. so it's just wonderful

What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? I like the visitor tracking in a visual funnel, I can show my clients how they can easily configure their funnel lanes. They can engage visitors through interactive chat. The system is well integrated with other Zoho products

"Beyond visits"

What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? With this application, I am not only aware of how many visits I am receiving, I can also know who comes back to my site and who sees it frequently. This makes it easier for me to establish an advanced contact connection and impress the visitor.

This is perfect product for sales and development companies

PROS: Zoho offers apps and tools for running competitive business, this is great product for sales and business development consultants, it integrates well with other apps within the platform. It offers constant improvements based on the customer feedback and experience. The tech support team is one of the best, they really care about their clients and they can stay on the phone even for hours untill they satisfied their clients’ needs.
