"Respectable chat solution ot utilize with other Zoho products"

What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? I like the easy integration options with our eCommerce platform as well as other Zoho products we utilize like CRM, Projects, and Desk. Within just a few minutes you can have a new employee familiar, and up and running with this platform. Pre-built reporting is just what we need to track specific KPI's for our business. The ability to add AI with integrated chatbots (they call them Zobot's) is also a nice feature.

"Well designed but unreliable"

What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? The simplicity of the product is good. We have 3 chat operators that use it and there's never any confusion about functionality. I like that you can see who is on your website by name (for returning customers), transfer chats easily, etc. I also like the integration with Zoho Desk where tickets are automatically created.

"It's like fishing with dynamite"

What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? What's not to like? Full tracking of individuals coming to your site, scoring to help sift the diamonds from the rough, filters to let you concentrate on high valued targets, automated scripted interactions or good old fashioned one-on-one chats. Seamless integration with the CRM, and a mobile app that actually works, and the ability to have sales, support, and any other departments you have work together to help customers. It's almost perfect.
