What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? I use Salesiq mainly to track people on my website and try to close deals with the Zobot, their personal chat bot created on the platform.

What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? Salesiq its a great tool for customer support but not only. With it you can track the users you got on your website, do scoring and also send their information to your CRM!

What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? Low cost and easy to setup. The system works, and it works well - but it's just a bit basic (in terms of visual) and clunky (in terms of admin).

"Easy to Use and Communicate with Customers via Chat!"
What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? With Sales IQ, your company has the ability to easily allow customers to chat in with any questions they might have. This is very helpful especially being an associate that often times has to answer the phones at the same time somebody tries to chat in. With chat, we can walk customers through the purchase process, as well as discuss which product might best fit their situation.

What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ? Daily Email highlighting website traffic and breaking it into useful nuggets of information. The same can probably be gotten from Google Analytics but Sales IQ makes it seamless
