Very robust functionality / easy to use
What do you like best? I love the connection to LinkedIn with LinkMatch, and then the ability to export the data into CSV What do you dislike? Nothing. What do you like best? Zoho has a easy format base, which aids greatly in the training of new members of staff. The search engines within the CRM are pretty good. And so is the adaptability. What do you like best? Recruit includes most features used during the entire recruiting/interview/onboarding process within one platform. Second time introducing Zoho in a business
What do you like best? That I am able to customize most of it for my use within our company. What do you dislike? Support runs on a different country time zone so I won't get answers to emails until the following morning and chat never seems to work. (It did the first time I tried Zoho 2 years ago) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1 location for everything....notes, documents, employee information.

What do you like best? Zoho is simple to use and very intuitive. It is very flexible and provides for customization. The pricing is very affordable also. What do you dislike? Nothing I have seen so far as it allows for a choice between temp and agency What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The greatest problem is the social referral management which allows employees to get involved in the recruitment of staff.

Make our life easier!
What do you like best? I love that tool, I'm not an HR person but a small business owner and it made my life so much easier for recruiting team member. I will for sure use it again next time I hire new people, I love that we can have automated process, that we can send assessments to candidate and rank the process. I would highly recommend it.
