Great Product
What do you like best? Zoho Recruit is a great product. I would definitely recommend this product. What do you dislike? I would like the Customization feature for Applications to be more friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Applicant tracking and Recruiting automation and marketing. I like the tracking, and that you can post jobs straight from the job posting. I also like that I can track job postings and clients.

It has helped in Organising your Recruitment Efforts
What do you like best? I like the fact that I can upload resumes and have it pull out application information from the resume and provides a way to coordinate recruitment between my team mates, from then on. It's also cool that I am able to modify the email templates and add fields that I find useful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Customizable fields, excellent processes, automation, quick to load, excellent support when needed. What do you dislike? There are none that i know of. The enterprise edition could be cheaper. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick, excellent storage, easy to use (user friendly), it works as a CRM as well as an ATS.

Easy to manage solution with all in depth well developed features
What do you like best? I am using the enterprise version. I liked the blueprint feature the best as it allowed me to easily map our SOP on Zoho and control the way I wanted Zoho to be used. The integrations with Mail Merge, Task automation and customizable modules allowed me to work exactly the way I wanted. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Zoho recruit is really easy to navigate. I like how you can monitor the status and disposition of your candidates. Also, the custom reporting is easy to navigate. Trialled Zoho Enterprise as part of a small, three-person recruitment firm.
What do you like best? Simple to use, intuitive platform. Quick and easy to add new candidates, clients, job, notes etc. What do you dislike? Enterprise version doesn't appear to let you include salary range on a job listing and some of the ideal search criteria for searching candidates is limited. Good customer services in Japanese
What do you like best? Customer Services in Japanese. Although other's UI would be more user friendly, Zoho's customer support is very helpful. Usually they respond on a timely manner and you can expect non-English services such as Japanese. What do you dislike? UI can be more intuitive. Highly customisable and easy to use
What do you like best? I have been trying this product for a few weeks now and i'm very impressed. The fields and dashboards are highly customisable, easy to import and export and import data and its easy to use. Great product. What do you dislike? I have not identified an dislikes whilst evaluating this software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to easily keep track of candidates and clients.
