Excellent for a first stop with a start-up
What do you like best? Good options when it comes to uploading/parsing CV's. Options to search candidates & clients via many different tags. Upload jobs & automatic mail outs. What do you dislike? Slightly difficult on first uses. The mail options are automatic, so if you push a candidate through a job, they'll get an email whether you want them to or not. It would be better to get a prompt before this happens so that you can manually send/cancel it. What problems are you solving ...

What do you like best? Zoho Recruit is easily usable and useful, as it is able to manage details and use the resume list and tracking system when many job postings need to be reshuffled. This tool is able to make resume scanning of text, docx and PDF documents to simplify the candidates' data entry. What do you like best? The range and flexibility you have, meaning you can tailor each area, very good What do you dislike? Far to much tweaking and tailoring to specific needs. Its difficult to know what you have and what you dont know you dont have... Hope that makes sense?.. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
