What do you like best? I like how we are able to see who the team of someone is. The Organizational Hierarchy is definitely something! As well as the department tree. I love it! What do you dislike? Good Layout, easy to use

What do you like best? I like that in house documents can be housed in a central location for review. And that metrics can be used for people management. What do you dislike? I dont like the "social feed." Too many business products add a social media type feed... and its just not necessary in every product What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Again, easy distributing of important docs.

Excellent human resources software.

What do you like best? I like Zoho People for being easy to use and have great scope in personnel management, which is my work environment; It really is very useful for me to control everything related to employee time such as: assistance, time of entry and exit, scheduling work shifts and checking the overall performance of the company. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Reasonably priced. I like how comprehensive it is. The fact it does so many things well make this a keeper. I'm proud to run an app that meets my HR needs. What aspects are problematic or could work better? For the most part, I love using it. I'm not much of a power user. Great HR management tool for small to large organisations

What do you like best? It's a very easy to use tool that is economical & easy to implement. The app is great & the ability to apply for leave on the go is great. Filling up of time sheets is a breeze and small features like coping the previous days logs really helps when you are in a hurry. What do you like best? Perfect for recording clock-in and out ss well as leave tracking. What do you dislike? Does not always record lock-in and out times correctly.
