Bigin CRM by Zoho is a great CRM for small businesses in my opinion. I have used it for Email Integration, Contact sync, building pipelines, etc. What I liked most about Bigin was the reconfigurability of all the parameters and features. The 15 days trial works best to try out most of the features. I would recommend you to try it out.

We were looking for a program to manage our contacts and Bigin was the perfect tool. It is very user friendly, simple, and included everything we needed to get our contacts organized.

Excellent CRM service
Excellent CRM service, especially for small businesses. I've been testing a few recently for my company and Bigin was the best fit due to its fair price and the automations which are a huge time saver for me. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for an assertive system for their sales.
