Ease of use. It's a good social management tool. They need work with their support, though. When trying to reach them they try and call you back vs handle situation on the spot.

I found the functionality to be everything that we needed and more. If you're looking for a all-in-one management platform that allows you to post on various social accounts, schedule, and review analytics. Then Zoho is a great alternative to more costly options.
